Very easy ordering experience! What I LOVE about their site is that the pictures of the furniture are extraordinarily high-res – I was able to enlarge the pictures of the wicker patio furniture to full screen on my 27-inch monitor and I was able to see the furniture in fine detail. I had one question (which I e-mailed to them) about the availability of Sunbrella fabric samples, and while they weren t able to provide the sample, they e-mailed back within hours and followed up twice to make sure all of my questions were answered.
