Overall - positive experience. We bought an entertainment center from their website (http://www.maxfurniture.…) and had it delivered. We were nervous because of buying it online site unseen AND because of the poor reviews here. But it arrived and it's a great value - less than half of what we saw in local stores. The furniture is well built and solid. No regrets!
The only comment about customer service (we called several times to check on the order and confirm shipment) was that it was over the holidays. Because of this, there were a few extra days that we were not expecting. But the shipping company did call a week out as planned and scheduled the date/time. The driver called an hour out and they were wonderful.
I'd highly recommend Max Furniture as we had a very pleasant experience and outcome.
