I never thought I would purchase furniture online, but after shopping on Max Furniture I will do this more often. 
The website is easy to use and the prices are competitive. They use very large images so you really get an idea on what the product looks like.
Upon arrival of my new bathroom vanity, I inspected the product and there were no visible scratches or issues with the product.
While I have had issues with other companies, this company provided me with excellent customer service. 
I will continue to order from this company.

Purchased the 60" Double Bathroom Vanity by James Martin We purchased the Antique White (it is bright white despite the name) 60" Double Bathroom Vanity by James Martin with the tropical brown granite top along with the mirror. It is absolutely beautiful. The pictures look great but do not do this vanity justice. This is top quality - heavy and sturdy. I love it. There were a few issues with the shipping company used by Max Furniture. Max Furniture was quick to resolve and handled the situation professionally. Once we have this bathroom completed, we will be working on the master bath. I will be purchasing from Max Furniture again in the future. Thank you! Mandy in PA

Overall - positive experience.  We bought an entertainment center from their website (http://www.maxfurniture.…) and had it delivered.  We were nervous because of buying it online site unseen AND because of the poor reviews here.  But it arrived and it's a great value - less than half of what we saw in local stores. The furniture is well built and solid. No regrets!

The only comment about customer service (we called several times to check on the order and confirm shipment) was that it was over the holidays.  Because of this, there were a few extra days that we were not expecting.  But the shipping company did call a week out as planned and scheduled the date/time.  The driver called an hour out and they were wonderful.

I'd highly recommend Max Furniture as we had a very pleasant experience and outcome.
