What I LOVE about their site is that the pictures of the furniture are extraordinarily high-res – I was able to enlarge the pictures of the wicker patio furniture to full screen on my 27-inch monitor and I was able to see the furniture in fine detail. I had one question (which I e-mailed to them) about the availability of Sunbrella fabric samples, and while they weren t able to provide the sample, they e-mailed back within hours and followed up twice to make sure all of my questions were answered.

I ordered an outdoor patio set. I was able to find exactly what I wanted but I've never ordered something this large online so I called. The salesperson was very helpful and took my order over the phone. The order took a little longer than I expected but they kept me informed as to the delivery date. I got a call from the delivery company to schedule. The window was kind of small but we worked it out. Absolutely fantastic furniture!!  I could not be more pleased. There was a little assembly but not too much and my husband finished in about 40 minutes.
I will defiantly look at this site again if we decide to change out other items

We ordered our new bedroom furniture from Max furniture last October. We actually had to ask them to delay shipping because they processed our order so quickly, it would have arrived before we were ready. The furniture looked EXACTLY like it was depicted online and the quality was actually better than expected, considering the low price we paid. Now, this is important: PAY THE EXTRA $145 AND GET THE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY. The dresser was damaged in shipping, but because it was opened and inspected before delivery we never saw it; Max Furniture had it re-ordered before the undamaged items were even delivered. They put a rush order on it and we had it within 2 weeks. Every communication we had with Max Furniture was handled very professionally and efficiently; they have one of the best customer service departments we have ever encountered with an online company. If you're wary of making large purchases online, this is one company that won't disappoint, they were wonderful!
